Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that sharing your life (often your biggest secrets, anxieties, deepest thoughts, etc) can be incredibly nerve wracking. With our easygoing and understanding personalities, we can promise that there is no judgement in whatever you bring to a session. We have either heard it before or dealt with it ourselves!

As of now, we are not accepting insurance. We are able to provide a superbill for individuals/couples/family therapy sessions if needed. We are not able to provide a superbill for collaborative or individual coaching sessions.

Collaborative Coaching Session (with both an MDiv and LCSW), 50 minutes: $190

Individual Therapy Session, 53 minutes: $145

Couples or Family Therapy Session, 53 minutes: $185

Pastoral Coaching Session, 50 minutes: $100

If you are looking for collaborative coaching, you may live anywhere! If you are seeking therapy services, you must live in either WI or FL as that is where Allison is licensed.

As of now, we are not holding any groups but if there is enough interest, this is being considered for the future!
